However, with a few simple changes to your lifestyle, you can improve your overall health and well-being throughout the rest of the year. Prioritize Sleep: Getting enough sleep is essential for maintaining good health. Aim for at least 7-8 hours of sleep per night, and try to stick to a consistent sleep schedule. This will help regulate your body’s internal clock, making it easier to fall asleep and wake up each day.
